  Their chicken is good and it doesn't taste fake or old it's fresh the fries are crispy and the best two things are the Texas toast and the dipping sauce because they are sooooo good. It's one of my favorite places to get food to go and just eat in the car.

  This place has gone down in terms of food. The service is still great and the place is still clean but the food wasn't what I remember. The fries were bland and oily, the chicken was greasy on the outside and dry in the inside and the breading was just falling off. The chicken used to be moist and crunchy with tremendous flavor and the fries too but not no more. The only good thing was the coleslaw and toast and Ofcourse the sweet tea. I actually got sick that night and the day after so I don't plan on going to this location or canes in general for a while.

  Had a very bad experience , manager was very rude to employee in front of me. She threw order on counter and yelled at them.
  Very rude , mad report to raising canes , hope she's removed . Very contrary to anything I have ever experienced at this restaurant.

  Was in the mood for chicken strips and of course this place hit the spot. Pulled up to the drive thru and was in and out in less than 2 mins. As soon as my card was ran, my meal came out fresh and hot. Three piece combo was filling. Crispy, waffle fries were scrumptious too. Bread kind of soft-like soggy maybe due to the moisture being in the box. Lemonade doesnt taste real, tastes manufactured. Overall, my appetite was satisfied.

  Yes!! Yes!! This is how chicken fingers are done!! After trying out a similar "chicken finger" establishment in San Marcos, Texas yesterday and being disappointed, it made me realize how much I needed to go to Cane's - yes, today, I could not wait!
  1. The chicken fingers are pure white meat, steamy and fresh with the perfect crispy coating on the outside. The seasonings are oh so flavorful.
  2. The french fries are perfection! Super fresh yet crispy at the same time.
  3. The Cane's (Secret) sauce!! It's made fresh and goes perfect with the chicken fingers (as well as the fries).
  4. The coleslaw is super as well, so is the sweet tea and fresh homemade lemonade!
  
  Note: Michael is a sweet employee and is great on the floor. However, I really do not think he should be working at a register. The time it takes you to order with him, 3-4 people at the next register have already finished ordering. I got an order to go after eating lunch with my daughter and he asked me three times if it was "to go". He asked me my drink preference three times as well.  After finally struggling through the order, he told me they would call my name when it was ready. I told him he never asked for my name (??) and then gave him my name. Unfortunately, he still got it wrong and they called a to go order for "Megan" four times... no Megan, it was mine. I know he is not new because he has waited on me a few months ago. He's a great person, just should not be at the register, especially when the restaurant is busy.
